Get to know your food:

Chia seeds - packed with Omega 3’s, plant protein, fiber, magnesium, potassium AND antioxidants. Who knew that such a teeny tiny little seed could pack so much punch?

Coconut milk - Made from the white flesh of mature brown coconuts, this plant-based alternative to cow’s milk is high in a saturated fat known as MCT’s (medium-chain triglycerides). MCT’s are well-known for their fat burning, waist slimming, and heart healthy properties. In addition, 1 cup of coconut milk contains 5g of protein, 5g of fiber, iron, vitamin c, potassium, magnesium, and more!

Organic Maple Syrup - This natural sweetener contains antioxidants and zinc which can protect and prevent against cardiovascular disorders. Other benefits of maple syrup include male reproductive health and improved immunity.

Raw Cacao powder - This Amazonian superfood pack 40x the antioxidants as blueberries, is the highest source of plant-based iron and is one of the highest plant-based sources of magnesium, has more calcium than cow’s milk, is a natural mood elevator and antidepressant.

Raspberries - Mmmm. This vibrant red berry not only tastes delicious but hosts an abundance of benefits for the body. They are strong in powerful antioxidants, can protect the eyes from sun damage, and contain ketones that can help increase weight loss. Also, the vitamin C will help the body to better absorb that plant-protein from the chia seeds.
