My name is Kelly Collins.

I am a yoga teacher, WELLNESS COACH, writer, entrepreneur, and thriving vegan!

I have spent the last 10 years in the world of wellness, fitness, and yoga uncovering the secrets to feeling energized and radiant on the inside and outside.

Now, it is my mission to teach you how to balance your body and mind, connect to your higher self, discover your purpose, and live your happiest and healthiest life.

My coaching and teaching style stems from the variety of physical movement practices in my background and can be described as creative, athletic, and intuitive. Whether I am teaching a yoga class or working one-on-one with a client, I focus on incorporating breath, proper alignment, and reconnecting the body and mind. My ultimate goal is to help you feel strong, open, balanced, and leaving each session feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world.
